Top quality emergency callout

Burst pipe in the kitchen flooded the floor at 6am. Shkelzen arrived by 7am, isolated the leak, replaced the damaged section and even helped mop up. Friendly, tidy work and explained everything clearly. Best emergency plumber in Birmingham.

Fast, fair and fantastic work

Booked Shkelzen for an emergency radiator valve replacement. He arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and the price was exactly what he quoted. No hidden fees, no fuss. Will definitely use again and recommend to neighbours.

Life saver after hours

Shkelzen responded to my late-night emergency call when my bathroom flooded. Professional from start to finish — quick arrival, sorted the problem fast and even followed up the next day to check everything was still dry. Outstanding.

Saved us from a flooding disaster

Our boiler pipe burst at 11pm on a Sunday and Shkelzen came out within the hour. Professional, calm under pressure and had the pipe fixed in 40 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service — cannot recommend highly enough.

Fixed a leak no one else could find

Had a mystery leak that two other plumbers couldn't trace. Shkelzen spent the time to properly investigate, found a hairline crack behind the wall and fixed it properly. No mess left behind, very polite throughout. Five stars.

Honest and reliable plumber

Called Shkelzen out for what I thought was a major drainage issue. He diagnosed it as a simple blockage, cleared it in 20 minutes and charged a fair price. Other plumbers would have tried to upsell me a new system. Genuine and trustworthy.

Boiler break down

My boiler was broken, no heating or water. Martin fixed that in less than 3 hours from the moment I contacted him. Thank you so much 🙏
